All our haulage services come with standard insurance for your goods. When you book with us, we will ensure that we have sufficient insurance in place to cover the value of your goods. Extremely valuable goods may need to have specialist insurance cover during their transportation, but we have experience dealing with insurance companies and can discuss this with you to ensure that you have the right level of cover for your goods.
Can I change the delivery address?

Can I travel with my goods?

HGV law does allow lorries to carry passengers. If this is something that you wish to do please contact our fleet management team, and we will discuss this with you. We always aim to work with our customers and accommodate their requirements.

Can you collect and deliver on the same day?

This depends on the location of the two points. If it is possible to do so, then we will do it. Our drivers must keep to the legal driving limits, and we will always uphold our drivers’ safety and ensure that they keep to safe and legal working hours.
